I always imagine them to be short. Short, but strong as Ox. I probably think this because in an old GCSE geography book of mine there is a picture of short Panamanian women hauling crud up a mountainside on their backs.
The list of national obesity rates by gender is from The Economist's "Pocket World in Figures". Rounding out the top ten are Albania, Bahrain, USA, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait. Among men, Panama is fourth, after Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait. (Data from The Economist is available online only to subscribers.)

No country in the world has more or less attractive people relative to others. One person will say one thing, another something different. I think England has the most beautiful women in the world, but that is entirely my opinion and other people will say Ghana or Russia

I didn't realize Lebanon is getting up there.
But, yeah, I'll confirm that the obesity rate for Panama is pretty high.
That being said, I'd imagine most expats who would be living in Panama...will probably be tapping into the Colombian dating pool, many of which live in Panama trying to earn a little extra money that they can't earn so well in Colombia itself.
