havent been to south america (except colombia) so can't speak from experience. the women in my home country definitely wouldn't make the top tier, and the women in central america are even less inspiring IMO. wasn't particularly impressed with the DR either. colombia is the clear victor for me. i've heard good things about women in other south american countries so i would assume they'd make up the other three choices, but like i said can't speak from experience.
but really you can find a diamond in the rough anywhere. the top ten hottest latinas i have been w/ is dominated by mexican girls but thats simply cuz im from there and spend more time there than other places, on average much lower quality tho.
This is an easy poll. Simple, where the women look, and ARE, more apt to be Italian. Therefore, in this order:
1) Argentina
2) Uruguay
3) Chile
4) Brazil (though there are attractive women of Portuguese ancestry)
The ones I would LEAST want to know, especially if it would involve visiting these countries:
1) Colombia
2) Venezuela
Ancestral/anthropological roots will differ from country to country.
Ehhh.. Maybe in the past, I'll buy that. But now, a woman from Argentina could be mistaken as someone from Chile or Brazil.
Although majority of Bolivians has still this strong physical feature different from many Latino Americans.

I don't have specific experience with the women of this region aside from the few tourists who I see. The majority of whom have been very attractive, I must say. Most've been from Brazil, ooh la la!
