I have been searching the forums and am trying to find additional information. Jobs aren't an issue.

We are a young family looking for town with the following:

-Walkable to shops, restaurants, cafes, from condo/house.
-Safe, higher income area.
-Good school district or great private schools close.
-Near the beach (15 minutes)
-Reasonably priced (2 bed - $1000)
-Within 1 hour to large airport
-Younger families, not overrun by retirees
-Low tourism
-Warm weather the majority of the year.

Any suggestions?

Condo, good schools, etc.? It sounds like you're very U.S. specific here?

Your post might be served on the U.S. forum.

'Americas' is really more about Latin America.

It would almost have to be a non-US city because a place like the one described doesn't really exist in the US. Higher income and coastal means expensive and such a place certainly would draw a lot of tourists.

That place does not exist ...... Rent wise you're looking at minimum $2000.00 US ( 2/2 ) in any large / safe city in Latin America.
