There are actually Cuban communities in both California (around Los Angeles) and New Jersey (around Newark). I even think there are some living around Chicagoland.

Yes there are actually quite a few Cubans in Chicago. They just aren't as visible as Mexicans or Puerto Ricans because they don't cluster together like those two groups do.
For "enjoyable sense of humor", Cubans are wonderful. But I'm not prepared to single out any particular group any more than if the questions were asked about North Americans. But wait, Canadians are hysterical!
The Argentines come after the Cubans. They view themselves as Latin America's "chosen people," and the reason their arrogance is tolerable and even humorous, is because they make fun of it themselves.
A couple of jokes I've read:

I remember an interview in Sports Illustrated magazine in which Lionel Messi, described Argentines as being crazy and mildly neurotic.

argentinians seem to complain about their home country alot , any argentinian ive met has had little good to say about the place and its people , funny because i quite liked the place during the week i was there
