In Brazil the law prohibits cops from submitting to court anyone under the age of 18. What is for the police to do?

Here is the Brazilian police. The young man is a criminal and it was his 18th birthday. They went to his house and even sing and clap happy birthday before arresting him and taking him to jail. lol

they can be arrested equally yes, but they go to separate jails for only under 18s teens, and are tried with lighter sentences.
