The bottom pic is Kansas City.

I'd recognize my hometown skyline anywhere.

Then why did you post two skylines with the question to compare Cincinnati to Minneapolis' skyline? It's natural to assume the bottom picture would be Minneapolis in that context, I don't know the skylines so well as to assume differently, and neither do most people
