How do these two cities stack up against one another in terms of their public transit?


I read that Buenos Aires (supposedly) has the largest commuter rail network in the Americas after New York City and that Argentina has one of the 10 largest rail networks in the whole world.


How would it compare to Toronto (another city in the Americas that investing in upgrades and expansion of it's transit systems)?
