I once looked at mugshots from the Orlando Police (this was online) and they definitely counted many people that are not white by US standards as white. And I'm not just talking about near whites that in many countries are considered white, I'm also talking about people that by US standards are considered black on looks alone and yet were counted as white.
I don't remember the website where I saw this, but if you search on google it probably should come up.

I am talking about what the term Hispanic even means. The term basically means have some sort of ethno-cultural connection to Spain. it's what all it means. but no, stupid americans and their racial obsessions (even thinking that race=ethnic when it doesn't).
Everyone's a little bit racist sometimes dosen't mean we go around commiting hate crimes look around and you will see no ones really color blind maybe its a fact we all should face everyone makes judgements based on race.
NONE of the cities above has significant Afro-Latino, Afro-Caribbean or recent African descendants.
But places like South Florida and the Tri State area do. And those places have their fair share of crime. And yes, people of multiple persuasions (including the ones you listed of above) participate in that crime.
When I saw the title of this thread I wasn't surprised one bit at who posted it.
