I heard this often from Dominican and Panamanian guys in High School, they would be like "tu eres melocoton" to somebody. I know melocoton means peach, but I highly doubt that they meant peach in this case. Can someone enlighten me as to what melocoton really is

I've only heard a couple of times from Centro America's people. I don't even know if it's widely know in those countries, but they used it as an insult.
