Every island is different, and none will be the favorite of every one. You need to define what you want and go to tripadvisor to see comments made in the forums and the reports.

If you are into the clearest waters and whitest sands then the US and BVI and St Maarten might fit. Antigua, as well. Anguilla, also but that island is flat and scrubby. The Bahamas, Jamaica, PR.

It depends on what you want.

There are a lot of islands that are beautiful but personally I like the Curacao island. It it a cocktail of many thing. It has very nice beaches, many historical monuments, it has an unique cuisine, bars with excellent beverages, you can do entertaining activities such as scuba diving, you can have fun in the bars and clubs and you finally you can relax. One of my friends told me about the company CuracaoRentalHomes, that has several buildings for rent. Their site is
Curacaovacationaccommodation.com I stayed in the Casa Sablica villa. It has an amazing view and it is positioned close to the best features on the island. I’m happy that I found professional professional peoples who whelped me to enjoy my vacation.

St Lucia - beautiful for "just being there", pretty much the definition of stunning. It's got enough "nature" for a couple of islands - beaches, mountains, volcanoes, tropical forest. But enough interesting things to do if you decide you want something more. St. Lucia Travel Guide - Hotels, Restaurants, Sightseeing in St. Lucia - New York Times Travel
