When Toronto, Canada is as hot as Cartagena, Colombia in late September for almost a week straight you listen to Ella by Silvestre Dangond while dancing through the streets of Toronto and being thankful for mother nature's mistake

That transports me back to the Caribbean coast - boy I miss it!! Lying in a hammock in the middle of the guajira desert by the aqua green water and raving it out in Barranquilla then visiting all the little towns with all their folk festivals; Ovejas, Palenque, San Jacinto, Carmen de Bolivar, Usiacuri then topping it off with a drink ontop of the old walls/fortresses surrounding Cartagena. Listening to that made me feel very nostalgic all of a sudden.
