also, notice the African admixture of Argentinians, much more significative than what many people think.

speaking of official sources.

Central Intelligence Agency . the world factbook

why are these countries closer to the artic and antarctica have a larger white population in their respective regions ???, USA, Argentina, Chile, Australia , South africa. if this is just based on self identification, then Australia, Argentina or the USA are not really white?????

Argentina
European (mostly Spanish and Italian descent) and mestizo (mixed European and Amerindian ancestry) 97.2%, Amerindian 2.4%, African 0.4% (2010 est.)

Chile
white and non-indigenous 88.9%, Mapuche 9.1%, Aymara 0.7%, other indigenous groups 1% (includes Rapa Nui, Likan Antai, Quechua, Colla, Diaguita, Kawesqar, Yagan or Yamana), unspecified 0.3% (2012 est.)

Paraguay
mestizo (mixed Spanish and Amerindian) 95%, other 5%

Uruguay
white 87.7%, black 4.6%, indigenous 2.4%, other 0.3%, none or unspecified 5% (2011 est.)

Australia
English 25.9%, Australian 25.4%, Irish 7.5%, Scottish 6.4%, Italian 3.3%, German 3.2%, Chinese 3.1%, Indian 1.4%, Greek 1.4%, Dutch 1.2%, other 15.8% (includes Australian aboriginal .5%), unspecified 5.4% (2011 est.)
note: data represent self-identified ancestry, over a third of respondents reported two ancestries

United States
white 72.4%, black 12.6%, Asian 4.8%, Amerindian and Alaska native 0.9%, native Hawaiian and other Pacific islander 0.2%, other 6.2%, two or more races 2.9% (2010 est.)
note: a separate listing for Hispanic is not included because the US Census Bureau considers Hispanic to mean persons of Spanish/Hispanic/Latino origin including those of Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican Republic, Spanish, and Central or South American origin living in the US who may be of any race or ethnic group (white, black, Asian, etc.); an estimated 16.3% of the total US population is Hispanic as of 2010

South Africa
black African 80.9%, colored 8.8%, white 7.8%, Indian/Asian 2.5% (2018 est.)
note: colored is a term used in South Africa, including on the national census, for persons of mixed race ancestry

Brazil
white 47.7%, mulatto (mixed white and black) 43.1%, black 7.6%, Asian 1.1%, indigenous 0.4% (2010 est.)
note: data represent primary ethnic identity

Colombia
mestizo and white 84.2%, Afro-Colombian (includes mulatto, Raizal, and Palenquero) 10.4%, Amerindian 3.4%, Romani (2005 est.)

Venezuela
unspecified Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arab, German, African, indigenous people

your DNA composition doesnt make you whiter , more asian, more black or more indigenous., its how the avarage people look like what matters. Colombia , Mexico, Venezuela, and most Part of Brazil are just multiracial, on their DNA and on their appearances as well.

Sources like the central intelligence agency are the closest to anything (official ) when it comes to the world racial makeup , (I'd rather not use any american source ) but even with this maybe not 100% accurate list you can see how southern cone difer from other latin countries in their racial makeups

You keep saying the same thing but Chile is also multiracial. In your world multiracial means tri-racial, well its not. You need to be more specific with your lexicon. And once again you need to be explained that the Colombian identity is not tri-racial in the most part as you keep suggesting (exception in part with the Caribbean coast). Colombia is different from the rest of Latin America in this aspect and black Colombians are more black than even those in the USA where segregation was enshrined into law. In Colombia post-slavery it was geography that played its part in keeping identities separate a far cry from what went on in Brazil or Venezuela even.

So yes Mestizo Colombia is more Caucasian than Chile and Venezuelans too in general have more Caucasian features than Chileans so to do Costa Ricans. However, despite this, Chile is still the most developed in the region.

Laughable.

Nor Mexico, or Panama... That's why the Southern Cone isn't the most prosperous region in LA.

There's no room for Sao Paulo here (that's all). Rio and sao Paulo are in the tropical zone and yes they are this and that and we love them for that but , This thread is about the (southern cone ) Argentina , Chile, Uruguqy, Paraguay , Parana , Santa Catarina , Rio Grande do Sul ). And why not (the fakland island ) British territory . Good night

1).Colombian identity is not tri-racial in the most part as you keep suggesting (exception in part with the Caribbean coast). COLOMBIA (1).Mestizo majority (2) significant black population (3) ( whites.) if that's not TRI RACIAL I don't know what is

2) Colombia is different from the rest of Latin America in this aspect and black Colombians are more black than even those in the USA where segregation was enshrined into law. In Colombia post-slavery it was geography that played its part in keeping identities separate a far cry from what went on in Brazil or Venezuela even. (So different!!!!)

I'm not obsessed with Chile. (Why would I be?). I'm just providing information based on proof about the (southern cone ) as a whole . (Southern cone has natives or aboriginals and so do Australia , the USA , or Canada ) but they're are not majorities ( you forgot about something ), these regions of new European Seatlements meaning southern cone , Australia, Canada, the USA (never) had big populations of natives or aboriginals , and the ones who were not murdered and wiped out mixed with the Europeans .
