Maybe you're right, maybe not, I haven't seen any statistics comparing the risk to different nationalities. At any rate, my comment was nothing for PF to get butt-hurt about. I'm not defending the US for being overly paranoid, if indeed they are, but I do think its natural for different countries to assess risk to their citizens differently for any number of reasons. Brainwashing their citizens is probably pretty low on the list.

Cuba & Puerto Rico....

My top 2 on the list...Colombia next.

I'm not saying this is in order of what is best or worst or anything like that...but simply where I am interested in, on this date and time.

I want to visit all of them at least once. The ones I want to see the most:

1) Colombia (The Caribbean region and El Cafetero region)
2) Cuba (The entire island, but especially the western part)
3) Puerto Rico (all of it)
4) Costa Rica (all of it)
5) Panama (Panama City and the Canal Zone)
6) Dominican Republica ( the Cibao region)
