Over this past summer, I've really fallen in love with being out in the national parks and forests. I've explored areas such as Coeur d'Alene, ID; Mt.Shasta, CA; and Seattle, WA. Since then, I've been interested in exploring towns, villages or cities throughout the U.S.A. with great access to the outdoors.

At the moment, I'm currently looking into Port Angeles, WA; Prescott, AZ; Bend, OR; and Missoula, MT. I'm the most captivated by rainforests but there are beautiful landscapes in the Southwest as well.

If you have any insight into the places I've listed above or additional places to recommend I'd love to learn what you know.

Might try your question in the General U.S. forum. This one is for all countries in the Western Hemisphere outside of the U.S. I believe.
