Hi. I was wondering what the rules and laws are about the purchase of vicoden, norcos, percocet etc....do you need a prescription or no?

We're going soon and my knee is the size of a grapefruit, so any help would be great. We're going to Arenal, San JOse and the Pacific coast....and more.
