I read in the newspapers, that Haiti Police officers, found in several places, food sent to help earthquake victims, being sold in black market.
So, the international forces operating in Haiti, should implement Martial Law and execute summarily, those who were caught diverting food sent by countries of the world and selling in black market.

Vicious profiteering, yes..but

Proclaiming martial law in someone else's country is not something to be taken lightly. And who is in charge? I am not getting the impression that the international relief workers there are officially under one acknowledged command....and that, if so, would be another thorny point.
