Hello All. I've not been on in AGES, but now need to pick your brains! We are in the process of buying a house ((YEAH!!! FINALLY, a home of my own...well, if the inspection goes well!)) in Palmer. My husband is worried because a co-worker who lives in Wasilla now needs to have another well dug (or the existing one drilled deeper) & when he moved into the house 5 years ago, it was fine. Anyone know how the water tables in Palmer are suppose to be? Or how to go about checking?
Thanks so much for your time!
Kim

I'd check with the city/borough planning and community development offices. They might have some info or can point you in the right direction.
