I just watched the Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives video posted on the Pagoda website. I'm going to try cooking some of Benny's recipies myself.

In the video, he mentions that he learned to cook from his brother who owns a restaurant in Anchorage. Anyone know which restaurant this is? It sure would be nice to find a decent Chinese cook here in ANC! I only get to Fairbanks once or twice a month.

Yes, it's not bad - for a buffet. I usually stop in there once or twice a month as well. I'll keep an eye out for you guys from now on, maybe we'll run into each other there someday. Or maybe just drop me a note when you're planning to go sometime.

oh dang Rance..they really can keep you for 6 weeks??? sure hope the weather clears, work gets done and you can go home for a couple weeks!

Keep posting the info on eateries people!! I will be in Anchorage area the end of July an will be looking for really good Chinese food an other good places to eat!
