Over the next year we will be looking to buy a 2 bed/2bath condo with a garage in a good neighborhood in Anchorage. We need an agent with experience working with people who are relocating and must do most of the searching from out of state. Does anyone have know an agent that they could recommend? Also does anyone know what expenses are involved in a buyer's closing costs?
I've gotten really helpful info on the other threads I have posted. Thanks everyone! |

I found an excellent RE agent here in Michigan by finding one who answered their cell phone on a Sunday afternoon. We've used her a couple times now and she only get's better. My advice - find one's cell phone number and call them on Sunday. You get the point!
