I just moved back from Las Vegas and Anchorage is far from having clubs like Tryst or Cherry. But that's what I like. Anchorage isn't pretentious. It will be a sad day when the city becomes exclusionary like Las Vegas.

There is Good Time Charlies just outside of Soldotna. The place should have been burned to the ground 30 years ago. Like walking into an ashtray and has I kid you not...the ugliest overweight local bar flies for dancers. Bring help. They need it.
