Well, OK, here goes..... sorry about being off subject somewhat, but can not resist, I was in a land in which NEPA ostensibly stood for " Nigerian Electric Power Authority", the locals, "Cross River State of Nigeria" the state has since been broken up, it was too big, I digress, oops,...to the locals NEPA stood for " No Electric Power Anytime" a much more appropriate usage of the letters, a lot closer to the truth. I also was an X-Pat in the land of NEPA and was wondering if that is the reference? Thanks. Yes, I did check your profile before I wrote this entry, it did not answer my questions.
