Default Marooned in Anchorage

My daughter had a tonsillectomy so we're here in Anchorage for the 2 weeks recovery stage- looking for something, anything to do thats low-key for a kiddo recovering from surgery. She's past the hide out in bed all day stage and wanting to get out some. Outdoor activity has to be really low tempo and we get plenty of the typical hiking and fishing type stuff back home. Movies are an obvious hit (we don't have a theater in Cordova), bowling.... we are not really mall types and have done about as much of that as I think I can handle- would love other family ideas. Kids are 7, 10, and 15. Any ideas?

Default Fun in Anchorage!

Visit the Anchorage Museum downtown and the Native Heritage Museum north Anchorage. Visit the Imaginarium, the science museum, downtown for a lot of fun. Go to H2Oasis.

What about mini golfing? Other than that, I agree with the previous poster.
