Mr. Bob, you make sourdough, crusty artisan bread, add sun dried tomatoes, herbs, cheese, etc., way better than mushy, pasty store bought full of preservatives, then you will have bread with texture and feeling, waiting to be slathered with the butter all over, rather than just phony drizzle on the the top, yes indeed Mr. Bob, yes indeed, legends are made daily and fresh...
