this usb unit? it will work in Denali hotels areas for sure.

Looks like GCI doesn't service that area. You'll have to look into ACS to see what they offer:

ACS Personal Internet Service

Maybe your boss will provide access or you can sneak onto one of the hotel's WI-FI systems.

yes Blackberry modem activation works extremely well vs other cell phones....added advantage of it sync's when you use it independently!!! updates everything if you set it up right!!! enjoy and hope you work it out so you can give daily reports of experiences!!!
