I saw a moose the other day. It tried to keep me from getting to the cafeteria and eating dinner. Luckily it failed.

They're already bound up, Bob. Moose pellets are the hardest stools I see out there. Granola might make them REALLY constipated.

Moose been visiting work and home quite often this week.
Cow and 2 calves have taken up residence on my cul-de-sac.
Look left, look right, dash for the truck. every time.
True Story:
Many years ago, young Sgt. NorthWord straight from Ft. Bragg, learning the "ropes" about Alaska survival after PCS. Convinced to taste "Birch Nuts" found on the ground (in a pile) as survival food.
There's no such thing as Birch Nuts.

Makes me think of when we went to Sadie Cove outside of Homer about 7 years ago. The owner of the lodge had told us that back in the 70's he and his girlfriend took those so-called birch nuts, baked them and tried to market them LOL. He commented that it was a rather "stinky" adventure.
