Alaskan people
I would be mighty proud to be an Alaskan , and not part of the U.S. I read one people go up there toget away from this country. God bless ya ! I feel better with Mr. O'Bama in The White House than that King George. Make sure to put out hay for the Moose. We all would like to feed a baby moose as I am sure you do and tell that woman ' NO SHOOTING at THE ANIMALS "!

Don't feed hay to moose. They are not cows. They don't have 4 stomachs to digest hay okay.
I agree with ASpilot2be...shooting and eating animals is a way of life here. Especially baby moose. They are the tenderest.

Moose are ungulates and they feast on willow branches and cows are ruminates that eat hay. And Obama is the King and he is currently feasting on the remnants of the US Treasury. So I'm not sure he is ruminating or ungulating. But whatever it is I don't want to be around once he starts passing all that gas or hot air.
But whatever happens he will always have you as one of his sheep.

Head on up to AK to feed the moose yourself. They are very gentle. Just find one that has a nice cute newborn with it and walk right on up with some hay in your hand.

We've got 5 pet moose, one of which has 8 calves; they live in our barn and they do love dinner left-overs, no hay for our babies. Such a feeling when I pick up one of the calves as I sit among our pets and cradle the calf in my arms. They even love our dogs and play with them. Now need some more coffee.

I've got 3 moose in the stable, currently feeding on hay. The kids love to come around and pet the moose, sometimes ride them too. They're very friendly...come up and feed them yourself. Their babies are especially cute, I love to pet them especially when they're with their moose parents! The parents love it!

If you want, we can let them all play together.
