Does anyone know anything about 7th Place Condos on 7th Avenue downtown? Are those for sale or rent? What is the address and contact info? I tried to google it but came up with no results...

y2kat2003 - are you living in Anchorage now or planning on moving to Anchorage? I too have been checking places out. I have also been looking on Craig's list. It is interesting to see how many are on there.

Hello TL551,
I been in Anchorage for about 7 months now. I am living downtown but the place is too small and the apartment manager is less than trustworthy. I am looking for February now and have been visiting some properties. 7th place looks really nice but I am going to guess they are for sale only and are probably highly priced. I have seen some townhomes and townhome styles come up. If you google paragon properties in anchorage, you will see some of what they have available. If my lease were up now, there would be some good prospects...

y2kat2003 - no, I'm not military. I am actually a public health nurse, and I will be working for the state of Alaska Pubic Health Department starting October 16th. Right now I live in Colorado. Are you military?

y2kat2003 - I understand totally! I used to be a military brat, brothers in the service, an ex-husband from many years ago, and a son in the service. When you are married to a military man, you are essentially married to the military! I will have to shout at you when I get moved up there.
