Here's one of University Lake, on the campus of APU in Anchorage. Its a very popular dog-walking area, as well as connected to other parks by trails both in summer and winter.

Default Definitely great pic!

The pink on the mountains is referred to alpenglow. On nice clear afternoons when the dun is setting, it's fairly common to see.
