My husband and I are moving to the Ann Arbor area for work and school. We will be relying on one income while I am finishing school, and are having a hard time finding dog friendly rentals in our price range in the A2 area.

We're starting to soften to the idea of living in Ypsi. Can anyone tell me about Gault Village, or the other areas surrounding Ford Lake? My husband is an avid fisherman, and would love to be close to the water.

We currently live in San Diego, and are very used to living in the "nicer" pockets that are near the not-so-nice areas.

Thank you!
