Curious what the average monthly bills are for electric and/or heating bills in the A2 area and Livingston county. Let's say a 2500 or so square foot home with a finished basement. Is Michigan a de-regulated market where you can shop for your providers and rates?

Moving from Texas I have no reference for these winters and heating a house.
