Here's some scary stuff I've found lately:

This might as well be a duplex; cars live on one side and barbie doll people on the right. A good example of why you shouldn't build a mansion with off the shelf of Home Depot parts too. Yea, it was expensive, but it still looks cheap.

Share some architectural sins against nature and humanity!

Now that first house, I really like! A chunk of garage space but at least it isn't a snout house (now, those, I really hate!).

The rest are pretty weird.

Change the color and it's a Red Roof Inn.

Reminds of my friend's house in SE Portland. He painted his house in M&M colors, each side a different color. He approached his neighbors with an interesting utimatum when he decided to do it. He consulted each one and forewarned them that he was going to do this, but that they could pick the color of their choice for the side facing them. Worked out very well. And, actually, the house looks rather cool. It's an old small house. Wish I had a photo to post here.

This thread reminded me of a house near me that went on the market about 5 months ago. Three things are funny about it: (1) it is GROSSLY over-priced for the neighborhood...you can find way more attractive/updated homes for literally half this price, (2) it boasts 7 bedrooms, which includes the garage (therefore, no garage to park in...for $750k) which they finished and an addition on the back which I would be shocked if it was done with permits (3) you just have to look at the interior design.

Additionally, I can't imagine dropping $750k in Atlanta and having a window AC unit hanging off the front of the house. Also, at one point they paved their entire front yard for parking, only to have the local authorities make them jackhammer it up because it was against ordinances.

Wow, looks like some sort of Russian noble's house or something on the inside. I particularly like the staging with the exercise elliptical in the bathroom.

I can think of one I need to get a pic of. They redid the front of the house and it looks really nice. But, that's all they did. The sides and back are the old house. It looks like a stage prop.
