what is up with this building, I just read that it might be sold again! who ever buys it -please return it to its original name--ok?

Nothing! It just a piece of real estate that changes hands- just like a house. The difference being investment groups buy and sell daily; its a matter of improving one's portfolio. Or, satisfying stockholders.

When it comes right down to it- does it really matter what the name is? Everybody still calls it the "Sears Tower"!
