from what i've read, sounds like we're in big trouble.several yrs. ago we inherited 2 lots in lacosta estates that never came about. when we flew down we ended up buying land on geroimo dr.and are planning to move very soon. at that time douglas seemed ideal.but -still going to have to give it a chance

If your are coming from Indiana and planning on going to Douglas you are in for a total culture shock. Plan on having illegals cross through your land at all times leaving trash and everything else they can not carry. Including bodies. If thats not bad than also remember you have the nuts who are way past there prime down there being vigilantes on the border "minute men". Hope your bilingual. Be prepared to be in a mixing pot of political crap.

HI SHIE...I have the same question....My mom and dad got suckered into buying three lots down in Douglas AZ,,at the Lacosta Estates too....about 35 years ago...all of a sudden they received a phone call or letter, not sure..asking if they would consider selling the land...but they want $1800.00 for all three!!..What do they think my mom and dad fell off the turnip truck? I was wondering what the lands going for? theres no way they should sell it for that!Who do u contact to find out?....cuz my mom and dad are getting up there..and I too will inherit this land..
