Default SRP TOU holiday schedule
SRP does not make it very clear on its website in regards to its time of use holiday schedule. Could someone tell me if holiday pricing for the 4th of July falls on the 5th since the actual holiday was on sunday? SRPs observance is today (the 5th) and they are closed, so I am a bit confused if today is off peak all day or not.
