Compared to this time last year, temperatures seem pretty mild. Some weather forecasters are predicting a mild, dry winter although that can certainly change. Thoughts/predictions?

It's going to be whatever it's going to be. Speculating about the weather always seems sort of pointless. Hoping for sunshine the first week in December; beyond that, I'm not spending time thinking about something I can't do anything about.

There will be some sunshine, some rain, some cold days, some warm. Some record will be broken on some unusally cold or warm day. I expect a pretty "average" winter overall, otherwise.
