Post some links to studies that show that illegal immigrants cost "little if anything", please.
OK...from the introduction...

Over the past two decades, most efforts to estimate the
fiscal impact of immigration in the United States have
concluded that, in aggregate and over the long term, tax
revenues of all types generated by immigrants—both
legal and unauthorized—exceed the cost of the services
they use.1, 2 Generally, such estimates include revenues
and spending at the federal, state, and local levels.3 However,
many estimates also show that the cost of providing
public services to unauthorized immigrants at the state
and local levels exceeds what that population pays in state
and local taxes.

That has a nice bibliography if you wish to go further.

Come back when done with that there are more.

The fact that medical pot won with the demographic that voted is fairly impressive and supportive of the notion that AZ is not the bastion of social conservatism some fear it is.

I was worried before the election because of the projected demographic. Even with all the bad things you hear from CA and CO, I think for it to have passed at all is fairly impressive this election cycle.

olecapt, this is Page #1 from a Google search:

We can argue how much does illegal immigration cost, because no one knows for sure just how much. But to argue that illegal immigration doesn't cost anything is silly. It's pretty well studied, documented and accepted that illegal immigration costs something... and a lot of somethings.

This is way off topic and I'm done here.
