This area is very wide property and low tax and no HOA.
This area is safe? They are keeping gun in their house for security?
Anyone know more like this area not so far from Phoenix?
Well - Shared is any trouble? I never know this?

It's pretty isolated in every respect, if that's what you want. You don't have to go that far out to find low property tax and no HOA.

Tonopah is very far out of town in the desert. It is only practical for someone that wants to be away from any big cities, like a rancher or farmer.

You seem to be hung up on HOA and low taxes. There are lots of places that have no HOA and low taxes that are much closer in to town and more practical for the average person.

Thank you for your informations.
I want to live wide open area.
Mountain view is beautiful.
But I might be spend gas a lot for shopping if my house is there.
How much is gas per one gallon in your area?

RIght now, gas is just above 3.30 a gallon. You are going to be driving a lot for any kind of shopping, for medical care, all of it, from Tonopah. You can still find something with space around it closer in than Tonopah. You really need to come and look around, so you can get a much better feel for the area than you can from this forum.

Make sure you choose a higher piece of ground for your structure and it is secured well to a foundation. I have seen sheds and mobile homes just destroyed from micro burst activities in the area.
Monsoons do occur and it can get interesting at times.
Not a lot of tall sage to block the wind so be prepared that it could be a dirty house at times cause the dust and dirt can find its way inside.
Depending on your location Buckeye Fire might be a ways out responding to your emergency. Also check with your insurance company to see that you would be protected from acts of nature and longer response times for emergency services.
Do not get me wrong I like the area but want you to be aware of what is what. Some may sugar coat it as the most wonderful place in Arizona but I have been there and seen the action first hand.
Wide open land plenty of places to explore critters showing to up to say high and munch on your vegetation whats not to love.
