I am looking for a place to buy a summer cabin, and the land prices around Williams are more affordable than other areas in Northern Arizona. Is anyone familiar with the area? Thanks! Julie

The only time I visit Williams is when I take The Train to The Canyon.

Without a doubt . . . it is absolutely beautiful up there.
