Wow - I am a bit late here but yes, there are some homes in that price range. Page homes are a bit on the pricey side for the area and most lots are pretty small. If you go across the border on the Utah side, you can get more bang for your buck in Big Water, Church Well or Clark Bench. Anywhere from a 20 to 30 minute drive from Page with larger lots and acreage.
If you are looking for a place to slow down and relax and have great outdoor activities, you've picked the right area. Good Luck.
