I appreciate the input.
Right now, it's 90-95 with 90% humidity here in Des Moines. We call it "Iowa State Fair Weather" - it's oppressive. It's hard to breath. It doesn't cool down here at night either. Texas is worse for longer periods of time. I do understand that when it's 115 degrees it's still 115 DEGREES. Someone said that it doesn't cool down at night. Is that true? I was thinking that it cooled down in the evenings quite a bit? What does anyone think about the areas around Payson, Camp Creek, Globe? I know those are a little cooler and a little less expensive. (Sorry to kick a dead horse - but, I LOVE the desert!) |
