Renting a House?
Would it be better to look for a lease on a house now or in the winter? I am not sure how the market is when it comes to renting a house, but I am in the market now, but I am fine living where I am until January if need be.

From my experience of looking and renting homes, I have found it doesn't matter much as there's always a surplus of rentals. They will sit empty for MONTHS until they are rented.
