Your questions are very broad-- too broad to answer meaningfully. Have you ever visited Arizona? If so, what parts? What type of work have you done, and what sort of work are you looking for? Generally, there are more jobs in the larger metro areas, Phoenix and Tucson. There are all three of the ethnic groups you mention in the overall population, I'm sure that exact percentages, from the census data, are available for the different cities and towns, as the ethnic demographics will vary between cities/towns.

The climate varies quite a bit, depending on whether you are in the mountains, the low deserts, or somewhere in between. There is a lot of information here on the forums already. Spend some time reading, and that will help you ask questions that will get you more information.

Some sarcasm for some pretty vague questions. Op needs to do a little self research.

If I had any other options I would not move to AZ. The economy is really bad with the mortgage crisis.
There is a great deal of hostility with the illegal alien situation. We have a governor whose policy are strictly geared toward cooperations and the wealthy while the education system has declined to somewhere in the neighborhood of 48... Sarah Palin and her brand of divisive politics have a place here so that speaks volumes about what u may see unless u like the tea party agenda. Wages are relatively low while the cost of living is high in comparison. The summers are miserable, but we have great winters. Now all of that being said there are worst places to live, but it is a different world than California.

It is a lot different from CA but has some of the southern CA feel to it. Your property taxes will be lower, as well as the cost of a home. Rents will be lower depending on where you were renting in CA. Traffic is not as hideous as L.A's traffic or San Diego's traffic. We do have a lot of hidden taxes here but not as bad as CA's. You must come and see for yourself and as far as Sarah Palin goes, she only has a home here and I don't think she has overwhelmingly infected AZ yet.
