We now are thinking possibly we should rent until the market has leveled out. We don't know which area would be the best for us, but we would love to have a pontoon boat. We are in our early 50's no little children, ours are grown Any advice would be very appreciatated. We are desiring a one story around 2500sf + Again, thank you for the help!!!

Are you open to the North West Valley? If so check out Arrowhead Lakes.

The Landings in Val Vista Lakes has some decent Waterfront one story properties. They don't need all that much updating. That's probably your most affordable single family one story waterfront options in Val Vista Lakes. I have friends on the water in that particular development in Val Vista.

You should be able to get a one story on the water at Val Vista Lakes in the Landings subdivision. The sqft is going to be from about 1600-2000. It's only one street and that one side is on the water. I can't remember the name of the street though. I doubt the price will go over 400,000 for those, maybe 350,000 by this time.

I forgot Wind Drift in Gilbert is a lake community also. You may want to check that one out too. That's on Elliot right across from Gilbert High School.
