The Islands
Went to the Islands, and found something on the water. Very interesting!!! 2500sf, pontoon boat included, 1 story 500k. Thinking about making an offer.

I currently live in Val Vista Lakes and I love it! There is a bank owned home around the corner from me that is going to for about $720,000 4,500 sqft with pool on lake. It sold for $840 2 years ago. I would say its worth $800,000. There are plenty of homes on the lake in Gilbert. Moderator cut: no soliciting here
