Default What Is The 1 Thing You Wished Arizona Had More Of?

I wished it more of a diversity of people (like more Blacks and Asians here). It's mostly White, Mexican/Hispanic, and Native American.

What is the 1 thing you wished Arizona had more of?

Sounds stupid, but urban environments.

Downtown Phoenix and Tucson are doing what they can to urbanize their central business districts and make them stand out from the malls and other commercial districts, but there's still a long way to go compared to, say, Los Angeles or Denver's downtowns.

Stronger schools - all levels, from the grades all the way through the university level.

This state lacks a lot of the benefits that a strong educational system can provide and it's really my only pause for living here

The only thing I wish Tucson had was an Aldis or Save-A-Lot type store. So I would say more discount grocery stores. Everything else I love.

Agreed.

Rain and cooler weather.

Some of us need a little break from the high utility bills.

I know it goes beyond the "1 thing I wish Arizona had" but agreed on all the above comments.
