Sedona Vacation

Sedona is breath taking, my daughter and I had a wonderful time. I even did a lil house hunting with my realtor Marilyn Payton of Coldwell Banker. We looked in Rimrock and Cottonwood at about 5 I had chosen, I may be putting in an offer on one in Cottonwood it would have to be accepted with a contingency on my home selling. It's a modular with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, just 5 years old. Is anyone familiar with Verde Village unit 3? What I really liked about it is it backs to State Land and is on a dead end street. The general area is 260/Western/Pleasant Valley, please any information appreaciated. My realtor has done a lot of the leg work, and has said no to several that looked great on paper but not in the best of areas. I do trust her but would love to hear from someone that lives in the area.
I do believe this would be a good move for me, the weather was perfect and for the first time in years I woke up without a headache. We did so much walking and I had no shortness of breath (asthmatic). I even lost a pound...
