I wonder why they only listed all cities above 4000 feet ASL? I looked for links or a button to see if there are more listed in another page, but I didn't find one.

That list did not include the highest town in AZ that I've been to, Alpine. It's elevation is 8050', in the White Mtns just a few miles west of the NM state line.
