no proof just as I thought you just want to demonize the opposition by implying anyone who is for the Theme Park has money invested in it (right out of the saul alinsky communist playbook)

I will listen to you when you have some proof the Theme Park is dead not BS

i hardly think that i demonized anybody . more like expressing my opine for all to read . just to satisfy my demonizing opinion what is your stake in "The Venture" ? i know you are in real estate , but you seem to be pushing and defending the scheme all along . ! MOI ! a commie ! lawdy , lawdy miz claudy . from my experience is that the liberals will attack a free thinker and ridicule him as a commie and other vile things .

Earth to zonie by you saying that the Theme Park is a scheme and implying anyone who says anything positive about it has some sort of greedy ulterior motive you are in fact demonizing and slandering those that do not agree with your views.

that we would be looking at is 100% gain within 12 months.
If

100% return??? HELLO???? Bernie Madoff only claimed 30% return and is in jail now, and this moron comes along and promises 100% return. And there are people on this planet who actually believe this? Please. The total capital he's allegedly trying to raise is $500K. That's chump change for a land developer. If he can actually double his money in one year, why would he share it with 10 people instead of keeping it for himself? In fact, he's not even reserving a share for himself. WHY? I'll tell you why. Because he's going to keep the $500K for himself. There is no other possible motivation here. This is not Santa Claus here, folks. This has SCAM written all over it. It's absolutely insulting to think anybody would fall for such idiocy, and shameful that people in this forum are defending it.

That is exactly correct. This dude's been pimping this scam from the beginning of this thread. As stated by others, why go after little people for nickles and dimes when if it is indeed a legit opp , then big intestors should be beating a path to the door of this sure thing!

Governor signs theme-park bill

Gov. Janet Napolitano gave the green light Wednesday to a special taxing district that could help a private investment group put theme parks and roller-coaster rides in west Phoenix and the northern Arizona city of Williams.

Napolitano said she signed the "theme park" district legislation, House Bill 2365, because it could boost rural tourism and doesn't cost taxpayers a dime.
So let me get this straight, anyone is in in favor of the William Theme Park that has been endorsed by the Governor, the Congress and the City of Williams among others is to be ashamed? Simply amazing!!!

We've been through this before. So, I'll speak slowly this time and use small words to help you understand.

Theme Park Good. Investment Scams Bad.

I am 100% for the Williams Theme Park and 100% against any and all investment scams.
I think somehow these 2 topics have gotten mixed together and hope all will clarify in future posts so everyone is crystal clear on the topic being commented on.

The two topics haven't gotten mixed up. You are one of the people proposing this scam by merely "suggesting" to people that "they" are looking for additional investors to fund this thing. Give it up. It's over! No one is going to fund this scam.
