Ok what is the real story with the mexicans and the border crossings? I see posts that say you need a gun and they are going to be coming onto your property. Is this a real issue? What areas are we talking about?

Anyone have an opinion on housing? I am interested in knowing if buying an existing manufactured home or getting land and putting on a new one? Anyone done this? Why are there so many people selling in the Sierra Vista area? People that live out on a good parcel of land vs living in the town.
