Has anyone purchased a home in Phoenix that was built by Maracay Homes?
I have been looking online but can't find much information/reviews from other home onwers. I am wondering what the quality is like and if they are easy to deal with. |

I purchased a home from Maracay in 2000. It was basically a zero-defects
house for us. There were a couple of neighbors who had to take advantage of the warranty, but no one in the whole community of 199 homes had any quality issues that I'm aware of and I went to HOA meetings a lot. I found that during monsoons, the windows were so well sealed that we were sometimes not even aware that the wind was blowing trees over outside. The house is for sale now and we consider it to be a great advantage that the home is a Maracay home. Disclaimer: This is not a statistical bit of data. It's only my personal experience. Just like with Toyotas, there are actually lemons out there. |
